We took their session for our 10 month old baby who doesn't nap and sleep well. Explained clearly before our program itself how and all it works. I consulted Gayatri for my 8.5 months old sleep and nap routine. She helped me with setting her naps routine right as well as a good bedtime routine. During the entire consultation programme, She was always available and reachable to answer all my queries and always kept checking on baby's sleep routine on regular basis.   • A predictable morning and night sleep routine
  • Reduced night wakings
  • A solid sleep foundation with age-appropriate naps and wake windows

  • If naps are the only issue, choose the Two-Week Program
  • If night wakings are the main issue, choose the One-Month Program

  • For naps, it usually takes 10 days to 2 weeks
  • For reducing night wakings and achieving longer stretches of night sleep, it takes 3 to 4 weeks
